The WANDSOFT^TM foundation for e-Business aims at investing in innovative e-business ideas. To qualify :

• you need an innovative idea in the field of e-Business.
• you need initially a project overview document, explaining the business opportunity and your experience.
  We don't expect anyone to be able to put together a business plan, so we would be able to guide you to the next level of business planning, aimed at explaining the concept, the financial requirements and your own commitment.
• upon submission of your project overview, we will keep you informed and we will carry out interviews of the parties involved in your project. There will not be any commitment from WANDSOFT^TM until an agreement is signed. At all time we reserve the right to stop the review of your project.
• All matters between you and WANDSOFT^TM will be dealt with in the strictest confidence with a signed non disclosure agreement in place.
